This project, “WB Reform and Growth Monitor” is implemented by the Think for Europe Network, led by the European Policy Institute – Skopje. The project monitors the implementation of the Reform Agendas in the Western Balkans, providing independent, data-driven analysis of reform progress and public spending. It promotes transparency and accountability by tracking achievements, identifying delays, and offering policy recommendations through specific consultative processes. The findings aim to support informed public dialogue and strengthen the role of non-state actors in the reform process.
The project is funded by the European Union. The project activities are also co-funded by the Open Society Foundations – Western Balkans, as well as the Ministry of Regional-Investment Development and Cooperation with Non-Governmental Organizations in Montenegro.
The overall objective of this action is to enable civil society organisations (CSOs) in the Western Balkans (WB) to actively contribute to the design and credible implementation of reforms related to the four pillars of the Growth Plan for the WB.
