The implementation of the Reform Agendas requires an inclusive approach and active involvement of all stakeholders for the successful implementation of reforms and the advancement of the economic potential of the Western Balkan countries. Therefore, the establishment of a platform for open dialogue and cooperation between institutions, the civil society, academia and the business community is crucial.

As part of our project we are establishing National Consultation Mechanisms for Economic Reforms (N-CoMERs). These mechanisms are deployed in coordination with the national institutions, with the RA coordinator institutions. These N-CoMERs are newly established or build upon existing platforms for consultation mechanisms on EU-related economic reforms such as working groups, advisory panels part of existing platforms (like the Convention on the European Union), as part of national institutions organograms or new platforms depending on needs for the respective country.
