Montenegro - N-CoMRA

Institute Alternative (IA), a partner in the regional project WB Reform and Growth Monitor, implemented with partners from the Think for Europe Network (TEN), invites all interested civil society organizations, chambers of commerce, social partners, the academic community, and other relevant actors in Montenegro to express their interest in participating in the National Consultation Mechanism for the Reform Agenda 2024–2027 (N-CoMRA).

What is N-CoMRA? N-CoMRA is a national platform facilitating structured, inclusive, and evidence-based dialogue between public institutions, civil society organizations, the business community, academia, and other actors regarding the implementation and monitoring of Montenegro’s Reform Agenda in line with the Growth Plan for the Western Balkans.

Who can participate? The National Consultation Mechanism for the Reform Agenda (N-CoMRA) is open to all non-state actors with experience or interest in the Growth Plan, the Reform Agenda, or European integration processes. This includes civil society organizations, the academic community, chambers of commerce, social partners, and other relevant stakeholders. Members are expected to actively participate and respect the principles of inclusive, transparent, and evidence-based dialogue.

Why participate? N-CoMRA provides a space for constructive dialogue with public institutions, enabling members to contribute to the evidence-based monitoring of the Reform Agenda and discussions on reforms, as well as to influence the national implementation of the Growth Plan for the Western Balkans.

Specifically, the mechanism will:

  • Enable consultations based on data and monitoring tools;

  • Encourage cooperation across sectors and different levels of governance;

  • Provide opportunities for capacity building and advocacy support;

  • Promote transparency and accountability through the publication of meeting reports and stakeholder feedback.
